Background
John has an MA in Theology and Ethics from Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary in Elkhart, IN. He was trained as a coach/consultant in transformational leadership by Initiative One Leadership Institute in Green Bay, WI. He and his wife Sheila provide strategic consulting services for churches and businesses through Thrive Leadership Center. He has been a pastor for 25 years and he and Sheila are currently planting a church in his hometown of Goshen, IN.
His focus is on helping people discover how to thrive in the life they’ve been given, giving them the opportunity and support for finding meaning, joy, healthy relationships while living with integrity and building resilience.
