Gil has an MBA in Management and Human Resources from Indiana Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne, IN and Bachelor’s in Accounting from Hofstra University. As the owner of The Caleb Group, Inc. (MichianaTax and Church Accounting Services), Gil
has helped small business owners and budding entrepreneurs navigate through the waters of starting and growing businesses. Along with his passion for entrepreneurship, his desire to help business owners learn “what they don’t know”, has earned the trust of
business leaders everywhere.
As a pastor, Gil brings a unique skillset to the people he coaches. Beyond the revenues and expenses, he is able to identify factors that aren’t always a matter of numbers. His keen sense for the ‘why’ in a business owner’s passion for their business helps guide his process. Gil believes there are biblical principles concerning finances that people are already operating in, and don’t even know it.
