Carl is pastor of Shore Church in Shipshewana and serves as Regional Pastor for several churches in Michiana. He loves spending time with his wife Stephanie, his children, and grandchildren.
Doreen Mast
Doreen is pastor of Tri Lakes Community Church and is passionate about larger kingdom work. She enjoys spending time with her husband Don and with her children and grandchildren.
Kyle Koch
Kyle is a financial advisor and a pastor and loves helping people find their potential. He is devoted to his family which includes his wife Liz and their two children.
John Troyer
John gives leadership to the work of Helping Network and also is a member of the governing board. John is co-owner of a marketing business and a coach.

Mission & History
Helping Network is an initiative to strengthen communities through coaching. It is for everyone who feels stuck because life is not what they thought it would be. We believe that neighbors naturally want to reach out and connect with each other. We believe we need people who can help coach us through difficult stages. Help is often missing because we haven’t asked and haven’t offered.
We welcome people of all backgrounds whether faith is part of your life or not. We are people of heart, a commitment to sacrifice and love. We want to see you released from all the expectations others have on you to move into a full life, a thriving life.

Prairie Village Family Center
John & Sheila Troyer are developing strong communities that gather for support and meals in the Michiana area. In September 2019, John & Sheila went through an assessment with Stadia to provide tools and support for this role.

Foundation Community Church
Foundation Community Church is a non-denominational church building the kingdom of God through the local community. Tobey Schwartz serves as pastor. The church began in November 2018 in Millersburg and moved to the former Clinton Brick Mennonite Church building in December 2019.
Clinton Brick (now Helping Network) provided support to this congregation by signing the building over to them. Foundation Community Church has graciously supported some of Helping Network’s future efforts by reimbursing some of the building expenses it accumulated.
